"It may be time to get rid of Tim Geithner--after a little over a month on the job!--but the problem is that we won't be able to get a replacement since the vetting procedures at the White House are screwed up beyond measure."
She is right, of course. But that doesn't detract from the devastating nature of her critique. Nor does it diminish the degree to which we are now caught between a rock and a hard place.
