Crafting Policies Promoting Free Trade In The Face Of A Protectionist Congress

The incoming Democratic Congress promises to severely restrict efforts to promote free trade by preventing the President from having fast-track authority and by imposing poison-pill labor and environmental amendments on any trade agreements that come to Congress for approval. The situation should concern anyone in favor of free trade. But all is not lost.
